Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Credit / Debit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Our business hours are Sunday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be also mailed over the weekend unless it is a holiday.

All sales final, due to covid-19 all our products are final sales for protection of staff and customers. No exchanges unless our staff member made a mistake with a customer order.

Famous Beauty isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after order have been shipped. If order is declined or not processing we prefer customers to use at check out the same billing and shipping address. Please track your order with tracking number provided on receipt and also from the email you provided at check out. Please frequently check tracking of your order for a safe and secure delivery to your address. 

Contact carrier if damaged issues occur each package may have insurance, the tracking number and more will be needed for claim.
